Service Initiatives:
Dress For Success
The women of Rho Tau Zeta collect and donate gently used business clothes for women in need that are entering or re-entering the workplace.

Toys for Tots
During the holiday season the women of Rho Tau Zeta collect new toys and books for children residing in local hospitals.

March for Babies
A national walk sponsored by the March of Dimes where the women of Rho Tau Zeta walk locally with other teams in order to raise money for prematurity awareness.

Duffle Bag Project
The women of Rho Tau Zeta collect and make duffle bags of toiletries, and donate them to a local women’s shelter.

School Supply Drive
At the beginning of each new school year the chapter collects and donates school supplies to children residing in the communities we service.

Fundraising:
Bowling Party
The women of Rho Tau Zeta host a bowling party during the fall season at a local bowling alley in the Passaic and or Bergen area.

Boat Ride
Every summer the women of Rho Tau Zeta participates in an annual blue and white boat ride with other local chapters of Zeta Phi Beta and Phi Beta Sigma.

Scholarship Ball
Rho Tau Zeta’s biggest scholarship fundraiser takes place each year on the last Saturday in the month of February.

Cheesecake Sale
During the winter holiday seasons the chapter women of Rho Tau Zeta participate in an annual cheese cake sale.

At different times throughout the year the women of Rho Tau Zeta host after work professional networking events
